Yes, you add a payment method when you start, so your menu stays online without a break after the trial. Nothing is charged during the 30 days, and we remind you by email before the trial ends. Cancel before then in the dashboard and you pay nothing for the plan. Add-ons such as the setup service are charged when you book them.

Light suits cafés, bars and food trucks: 1 menu with up to 12 categories (e.g. starters, mains, drinks) and unlimited dishes, plus 40 AI suggestions a month, including AI menu import. Pro fits restaurants with several menus: unlimited menus (e.g. lunch, dinner, drinks) and categories, lunch specials and a weekly menu, time-based QR codes, free-text blocks, detailed scan statistics, all designs and a custom theme editor. Both plans cover one location; for several locations you get an offer on request.

No. Just upload your menu as a PDF or photo (up to 10 files) — AI detects categories, dishes, descriptions and prices and creates a draft. You review and correct everything before it goes live. AI menu import is included in every plan. If you'd rather not do anything yourself, book our setup service.

Yes, in every plan. Add variants such as 0.2 l and 0.4 l, small and large or tofu, chicken and duck, each with its own price. Allergens only one variant has (e.g. crustaceans for prawns) go straight on that variant.

Yes, in the Pro plan. You set days and times, for example Mon–Fri 11:00–14:00, and add dishes for today, this week or every week – new ones or straight from your menu. Your guests see the lunch menu at the top of your menu, only while it applies.

Yes. Pick your kind of venue – café, bar, fine dining, street food, trattoria or bistro – and Simpli sets design, header, layout and display to match. Then adjust anything and see every change instantly in the live preview. Dish layouts (list, cards, compact or price list) are in every plan, a header with a photo on Pro. In the Pro plan you choose your own colours and fonts and save your look as a design you apply to other menus in one click.

Simpli supports 6 languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. AI suggests translations of your content, which you can adjust at any time. How many AI suggestions you can use per month depends on your plan: 40 on Light and 500 on Pro.

You can give every dish allergens and labels such as “vegan”. AI suggests matching allergens, and you review and confirm them. You create your own labels and allergens right at the dish, and hide any predefined ones you don’t need.

Yes. Every QR code is linked to a menu, and you can switch that link in the dashboard at any time. The printed code stays the same, so there is nothing to reprint.

Yes. The dashboard shows the scans of every QR code, for the last 7 days and in total. Every plan includes unlimited QR codes, so create separate ones for tables, counter or window to see where guests find your menu. On Pro, the detailed scan statistics also show the last 30 days, peak times, weekdays and your guests' languages.
